Do I need a website to use Moosen?

To automatically generate posts using your brand and images, yes, you'll need a website, an e-commerce site or something to point Moosen at. But if you don't have a website, then you can still use our "Manual Post" feature to post out to all of your social accounts. The Manual Post feature also includes our Moosen Assistant to help generate content and images based on instructions you give it.

Will it post without my approval?

You have full control. You can choose to review and approve every post before it goes live, or set up full autopilot mode where posts are automatically published on your schedule. Nothing posts unexpectedly—you decide how hands-on or hands-off you want to be.

Can I edit everything?

Absolutely! Every post can be edited before it's published. You can modify the caption, hashtags, images, scheduling, and more. You maintain complete control over your content.

Can I create manual posts outside the schedule?

Yes! While autopilot handles your regular posting schedule, you can create manual posts anytime for special occasions, announcements, flash sales, or anything that comes up. Manual posts go out to all your connected social accounts instantly or can be scheduled for a specific time.

Do you train on my data?

No. Your content is used only to create your posts and is never used to train other companies' models. Your website content, brand voice, and business information stay yours. You can disconnect anytime and your data goes with you.

What if a post goes off-brand?

You have multiple safeguards: enable the approval queue to review every post before publishing, set brand guardrails to define your voice and style, define words and phrases for Moosen to avoid, and regenerate any post you're not happy with. If something doesn't look right, you can edit or delete it before it goes live.
